1. Purpose of the Platform

Dr Plasty is an information platform that introduces patients to doctor and clinic profiles in the field of plastic surgery in Azerbaijan.
We do not provide direct medical services. All medical procedures are performed by independent clinics and doctors.

Provide accurate and complete information in the query form.
Do not apply the medical advice shared on the site without the approval of your surgeon.
Don't send false requests or malicious content.
Do not use automated tools that can slow down the speed of the website.

All medical outcomes are regulated on the basis of the agreement between the clinic and the surgeon and the patient.
Dr. Plasty does not directly guarantee the outcome of any surgery - it is the responsibility of the surgeon and the clinic.
The articles contained on this site are for general information purposes and do not replace individual medical advice.

The website does not display the transaction prices - the exact price is stated on the basis of an examination after a free consultation.
Patient payments are made directly to the clinic - Dr. Plasty does not mediate these payments.
The consultation is free of charge via our website.

Orders in the store are delivered free of charge in Baku and are usually delivered within 24 hours. Delivery conditions to other cities are also announced when ordering.
You can return the product within 30 days from the date you received it. The product must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
Personal use products (oral hygiene and the like) that have been unpackaged for hygiene reasons will not be returned.
Write to info@drplasty.az or WhatsApp for a refund. Payment will be refunded by the paid method within 10 working days after the product arrives to us.
The cost of returning the defective or incorrectly shipped product is borne by Dr. Plasty; in the case of the return of the buyer who has changed his mind, the cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

All content of the site (text, photos, design, code) is the intellectual property of Dr. Plasty.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.
Content may be shared for personal and non-commercial use.

Dr. Plasty reserves the right to change these terms.
Important changes are notified on our website and via email.
Use of the Platform after the changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
