How the process works
Almost everything is settled remotely before you travel. You fly to Baku only once the plan, the dates and the price range are clear.
1. First contact
You write through the form or WhatsApp. We ask for photos, your age, previous operations and any chronic conditions — without those no serious plan can be made.
2. Choosing the surgeon and the plan
We propose a surgeon suited to your case. The surgeon explains the technique, the realistic limits of the result and an estimated price range.
3. Dates, tests and travel
The surgery date, the list of required tests and how many days you will stay in Baku are settled. Transfer and accommodation are agreed at this stage.
4. In Baku: examination and surgery
An in-person examination, a review of your test results and a conversation with the anaesthetist come first, then the operation. Follow-up checks happen over the following days.
5. After you fly home
Recovery continues at home and contact with the surgeon does not stop: remote follow-up with photos and video, and direct messaging when something worries you.

Visa and entry
Visa rules are set by the state and they change. That is why we quote no fees or processing times of our own here — check the official source.
- Citizens of many countries can apply online for an electronic visa (ASAN Visa).
- Citizens of several CIS countries and Türkiye do not need a visa.
- You apply for the visa yourself — Dr Plasty does not issue visas and cannot guarantee an application.

How the price is formed
Your price depends on the procedure, length of stay and technique. You receive an individual written proposal after consultation; the final amount is confirmed after examination.

- Payment is made in manat; on request we also give the approximate equivalent in your own currency.

- Nobody will push a procedure that is not right for you — a surgeon can and does say no.

Frequently asked questions
How many days do I need to stay in Baku?
It depends on the procedure — usually 5 to 10 days. Nose surgery means waiting until the splint comes off; body procedures make the first follow-up checks essential. The exact duration is given at the consultation.
Can I speak to the surgeon before travelling?
Yes. The first consultation is remote: you send photos and your medical details, and the surgeon explains the technique and an estimated price range.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your country. Many nationalities can apply for an electronic visa online, and some do not need a visa at all. Check the official government portal — we do not guarantee the visa process.
Will language be a problem?
Communication support in Russian and English is arranged. Confirm in advance that interpretation will be available during the consultation with the surgeon.
How is payment made?
The surgery fee is agreed directly with the clinic and paid in manat. The terms are clarified before you travel.
Why is there no price on the site?
Because the price of the same operation varies a great deal with the technique, the anaesthesia and the length of stay. Rather than publish a number we could not stand behind, we give you a real figure after the consultation; it is finalised after the examination.
What if I have a complication after I fly home?
Contact with your surgeon does not stop: remote follow-up continues with photos and video. In an emergency, seek medical help where you are first and inform your surgeon in parallel.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes, and in most cases it is recommended. Your companion's ticket and accommodation are planned separately.
