Body contouring (Mommy Makeover): 3-4 procedures in one operation

The "Mommy Makeover" combines 2-4 aesthetic procedures in a single operating session, in order to address in full the changes that childbirth brings to a woman's body.

What it usually includes

1. 1Abdominoplasty — tightening of the abdomen + repair of diastasis
2. 2Breast surgery — restoring the shape and size of the breast (a lift, an implant or a reduction)
3. 3Liposuction — contouring of the waist and hips
4. 4Vaginoplasty (optional) — restoration of the intimate area

Risks

The operation lasts 4-6 hours — longer than an ordinary one. It is not suitable for the following patients:

• Diabetes (uncontrolled)
• High blood pressure
• BMI of 35+
• Smokers (they must stop 3 months beforehand)
• Anaemia

The ideal candidate

• Aged 30-50
• At least 12 months have passed since childbirth
• No plan for further pregnancies
• Weight stable (for at least 6 months)
• In good health (must pass cardiac screening and blood tests)

About the price

The price varies widely depending on the components chosen (abdominoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction). Combining them into one operation is usually cheaper in total than doing the same procedures separately. The exact amount can only be found out at a consultation.
